Job Description

As Event / Project Manager, you are the lynchpin of the process from the moment a customer agrees to an order. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the Exhibition stand is delivered on time and on schedule. You are responsible for the complete coordination of the project and switch effortlessly between internal teams, trade show locations and external suppliers. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all parties involved remain well informed and aligned throughout the process.

You manage the internal team and coordinate all work to make the client’s trade show participation a success. This means you continuously monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met and resolve bottlenecks quickly and efficiently. In addition, you maintain contact with exhibition venues and external suppliers to have the right facilities, materials and logistical support arranged on time. Your structured approach and proactive attitude contribute to the smooth and successful progress of each project.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring structured and orderly administration

What we are looking for

We are looking for a driven and structured professional with at least MBO+/HBO working and thinking level. You have experience in event management, project management or a similar role and have strong organizational and communication skills. You can switch well between different parties and know how to successfully manage a project from start to finish.

In addition, you are stress-resistant and problem-solving. Affinity with fairs, events and project coordination is a must. A good command of Dutch and English is required, and experience with planning tools is a plus.
